Megan Oser, PhD is a licensed clinical psychologist with 15 years of experience in behavioral medicine and treatment development. Dr. Oser held leadership roles within Harvard Medical School and digital health technology start-up and growth stage companies where she led the clinical and scientific strategy. Across industry and academic medical settings, Dr. Oser optimized care by integrating psychological services with medical care, and using evidence-based therapies to improve digital health programs.
Dr. Oser is the former Director of CBT and Behavioral Medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital where she established cognitive behavioral therapy clinical services and research across several specialty medical care departments (GI/hepatology, cardiac arrhythmia clinic, transplant, neurology, and infectious disease).
Dr. Oser has published over 30 peer-reviewed articles and abstracts. Her work has been published in the American Journal of Gastroenterology, Neurogastroenterolgy & Motility,Journal of Infectious Diseases, Journal of Pain, Journal of Medical Internet Research, Telemedicine and e-Health, and Annals of Behavioral Medicine, among others. Dr. Oser earned her PhD in clinical psychology at University of Nevada, Reno and completed her clinical training and research fellowship at VA Palo Alto Health Care System and Stanford University School of Medicine.
