Lin Sands is a Licensed Practical Nurse with over 10 years of experience in healthcare. Lin holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Judson College and started out her healthcare career working with young adults with developmental disabilities in rural Alabama. She later went on to earn her Licensed Practical Nursing Diploma from Pinellas Technical College and used her skill and expertise in occupational health, cosmetic surgery, and dermatology. 

Lin’s wants to support better patient outcomes with data-based clinical decision-making, and focus on holistic solutions for better outcomes for our members. She prides herself on being a good listener and an empathetic provider.
