Here is a list of carbohydrate food sources. Each serving size is the equivalent of 15g/serving and is not intended to be an exhaustive list. 

Other foods with carbohydrates include:

  • Condiments
    • Ketchup
    • Jam
    • Honey
    • Maple Syrup
  • Dried fruit
  • Snacks like chips, crackers, pretzels and popcorn
  • Breakfast cereal and granola/granola bars
  • Sweetened creamers
  • Sweetened plant-based milks

Be sure to read the nutrition facts label for these foods to understand serving size and total grams of carbohydrate per serving.
