Directions
- Mix all salad ingredients, except protein (if adding).
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients.
- Add the desired amount of dressing to the salad, and top with protein (if adding).

- Add salad, pear, cucumber, avocado, salmon, and any additional veggies.
- Top with dill and lemon juice.

- Add lime juice and olive oil.
- Top with salt and pepper as desired.
