Directions

  • Mix all salad ingredients, except protein (if adding). 
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. 
  • Add the desired amount of dressing to the salad, and top with protein (if adding). 

Directions

  • Place Greek yogurt on the wrap. 
  • Add salad, pear, cucumber, avocado, salmon, and any additional veggies.
  • Top with dill and lemon juice. 

Directions

  • In a large bowl, combine watermelon, cucumber, feta, mint and basil. 
  • Add lime juice and olive oil. 
  • Top with salt and pepper as desired.
